Westinghouse is seeking 2024 Summer Interns for Technical Engineering positions.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

Providing engineering design and/or analysis for nuclear power plants, products, including fuel manufacturing, spent-fuel management, service and maintenance, instrumentation and control, and training Leading supplier development and qualification activities for new products and cost reduction efforts. This includes identification of project risks and mitigating actions, managing project schedules, approval of supplier process documents, process capability analyses, measurement system analyses, input to design for manufacturability. Interfacing with customers, vendors, and other internal functional groups on engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments; Planning and scheduling work to meet assignment requirements.

 

Who You Are: 
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: 

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Engineering required (all engineering disciplines are welcome to apply). Should be over 18 years of age EU citizen Needs to be fluent in English and Polish Ability to work in the United States from July 7th, 2024 to August 29th, 2024 Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Ability to obtain J-1 Visa
