International Enrollment Management Specialist- Lyon College is seeking an International Enrollment Management Specialist. The position will play a critical role in supporting a growing and dynamic international education office. The candidate will have major roles in strategic international enrollment management revolving around international admission application reviewals and decision-making. Furthermore, the chosen candidate will be responsible for helping to maintain the SEVIS database for student records and institutional needs. This position also involves managing the entire admissions process for international applicants, providing guidance on immigration regulations, and fostering a welcoming environment for students from diverse backgrounds.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Demonstrated leadership ability in decision making and problem solving Demonstrated experience leading and collaborating with diverse stakeholders Strong skills to communicate orally and in writing, correspond with prospective as well as enrolled students, and disseminate information to employees and the community. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a high-volume fast-paced environment Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and learn new proceduresPreferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, or Vietnamese Training and/or experience in international enrollment management Experience as a P/DSO and familiarity with SEVIS Experience in evaluating international secondary transcriptsBenefits:
