Job Purpose:
As our next International Field Service Engineer, you will join the Field Service Team of Univercells Technologies (part of Donaldson Group). You will play a key role in building and maintaining the relationship and collaboration with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to carry out the installation and commissioning of bioprocessing units.
Responsibility will also cover product troubleshooting, maintenance activities & tracking service calls' history.
You will be responsible for supporting our customers in their technical activities.
You will guide, instruct, and teach distributors and customers on equipment operation, support and maintenance.
You will represent Univercells Technologies for all that is Field Service and Technical matters enabling you to instill and maintain high standards of installation service towards the objective of complete customer satisfaction.
Basic Profile:
Based in Belgium.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a mechanical engineering / Biomedical engineering field.
10+ years of field service and maintenance experience.
Field service and installation experience.
Fluent English and French is a MUST.
Testing, supervision, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting experience.
Autonomy.
Good knowledge of instrumentation.
Having a good understanding of mechanical components.
Have a good understanding of electrical drawings.
Be ready to travel at the international (worldwide) to support customer activities. (up to 50%)
