As an International Growth Representative, you will be in charge of expanding our international user-base and qualifying potential B2B sales prospects as you leverage outbound lead campaigns into our customers and over time build a book of business to nurture and find ways to deliver greater value.

Your Success Profile What You Will Work On Use Salesforce and other tools, research customers, craft outbound messaging, and sharing results with the larger sales team Help grow our new International business unit Initiate sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies within our customer ecosystem Display a high level of professionalism and compassion when working with each account Run test pilots across other integrated customer marketing strategies Develop a strong pipeline for Account Executives via phone and email communications Become a Justworks customer experience expert Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Justworks International platform, industry trends, and competition Monitor customer accounts and re-engage when appropriate - build a book of business you monitor over time Performs other related duties as assigned How You Will Do Your Work

As an International Growth Representative, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization. In this role, your foundational knowledge, skills, abilities and personal attributes are anchored in the following competencies:

Good judgment - the exercise of critical thinking, analyzing and assessing problems and implications, identifying patterns, making connections of underlying issues, understanding risks and developing mitigation strategies, and taking ownership of the outcome. Detail-oriented - exercises extreme attention to detail; is thorough, accurate, organized, and productive and seeks to understand both the cause and effect of a situation. Foundational sales knowledge - the specific set of sales skills (prospecting, cold calling, nurturing, engaging, presenting, negotiating, closing etc) and knowledge (product, markets, trends, business etc) a person possesses to enact the exchange of value between a buyer and the vendor. Results-driven - consistently achieves results, even under difficult circumstances. Clear communication - the ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively using oral, written, visual and non-verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills to gain understanding.

You can break it down into simple terms people can understand Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task Multi-language skills are a plus You are driven and a self-starter who acclimates quickly to new environments You’re an overachiever.You never quit, never take no for an answer, and ultimately succeed in everything you do!

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
