The main assignment for this internship is to continue the study initiated by the previous intern on the different types of leadership (Laissez-faire leadership/Transactional leadership/Transformational leadership). How the different types of leadership influence the individual work motivation of the employees and understand the different perspectives on female leadership, stereotypes and biases and role modeling
The intention is that you conduct several interviews with the employees including management and propose/implement changes to solve the problems found.
In this assignment you will interact with different sectors: D&E (engineers, PL’s and group leaders where the study will be conducted), HR, MPC management.
Your profileTo be a match for this internship, you:
Are a master student in International Management, HR/Organizational behavior, Legal, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field looking for a graduation internship.
Have great interviewing capabilities and are skilled in making transcriptions.
Are able to work independently and are pro-active.
Have good communication and writing skills in English.
This is a Master graduation internship for a minimum of 6 months, for 4 to 5 days per week (at least 3 days onsite). The start date of this internship is flexible.
Other requirements you need to meet
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
You are located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate;
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
