Jockey is seeking an International Marketing Manager to join our International team!

JOB SUMMARY

The International Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering goals and building the future, focusing primarily on growing the iconic, legacy Jockey brand in areas outside of North America.  This position will lead the full marketing funnel, from discovery to commercialization, by developing acquisition strategies, building marketing plans/reviews, driving strong execution, and setting up the foundations for global marketing with our licensee partners. 

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Leadership of global brand building and marketing activities for international Jockey brand. Development of new marketing initiatives from discovery and ideation through commercialization, using Jockey’s process to achieve company sales growth and profit targets. Coordinate with global marketers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure necessary actions occur in support of driving Jockey’s growth globally. Strategic, annual marketing planning as well as periodic re-planning of the business. Key stakeholder management and regional coordination to enable successful implementation of global initiatives across regional marketing plans. Analysis of business results and/or directing such analysis. Deep knowledge of the commercial, operational, and financial dimensions of the business. Partnership with licensee marketing teams, regional insights, regional sales, and other key stakeholders to support strategy development. External and internal assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers, market trends, and implications to the area(s) of responsibility. Continuous personal development and training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

7-10 years of related work experience in CPG Brand Management. Bachelor’s degree in international business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Contemporary marketing knowledge and expertise. Passion for international/global brand building. Experience with creative agencies with the ability to deliver strong creative feedback. P&L experience and understanding. Strong general business knowledge and holistic general management approach with a value creation mindset. Demonstrated ability to be accountable for sales, income, and profit results. Project management experience with proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all audiences, including senior leadership. Outstanding analytical, strategic thinking, creative, and planning abilities. Resourceful with the ability to operate independently in a start-up like environment. Ability to contribute to innovation and creation solutions.
