Job Description Day-to-Day: A client of Insight Global is looking for an International Order Specialist to join their Order to Cash team. This position will include working manually with legacy systems supporting their International Order Operations. You will be responsible for taking and entering 70-80 orders per day across dozens of countries. Other responsibilities include data analysis, data auditing, confirming orders match in SAP, confirming customer payment status' and various vendor management tasks. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and strong time management and communication skills as well as ability to problem solve and make critical decisions. Skills and Requirements Must Haves: - Experience with data entry, reporting tools, and Excel in a fast paced environment - 2+ years of experience within a Supply Chain or Logistics setting - 1+ years' experience with SAP or another ERP system in an enterprise environment - Capability of processing dozens of orders daily with efficiency and accuracy - Reliable transportation and able to come on site minimum of four days a week Plusses: - SAP TPM experience - Experience working for a finished goods producer or food manufacturing company - Advanced Excel knowledge - Supported international shipping or supply chain operations - Been a part of an ERP implementation or migration $28/hr null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
