Job Description:
Parsons is looking for amazingly talented International Partnership Support Analyst to join our team!
In this role you will get to serve as an action officer for a specified region of responsibility, maintaining awareness of issues related to cyberspace security, strategy, policy, doctrine, plans, force development, and capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Analyze and provide objective assessments of the pros and cons of initiating, expanding, reducing or ending an international partnership for the benefit of the USCYBERCOM mission. Develop MoEs/MoPs and supporting SOPs/TTPs to be used to assess progress of each international partnership objectively and consistently. Support tasking to USCYBERCOM staff, JFHQ-Cs and DRUs for data to support the foreign partnership assessments; re-task as necessary to ensure a complete and accurate response; analyze data for validity, applicability and thoroughness as a coherent whole; develop thorough analysis; and report results to relevant USCYBERCOM senior leadership, J-Directorates, and JFHQs and DRUs. Advise all USCYBERCOM staff elements in the interpretation of foreign partner assessments tasking and products to the Command mission. Participate in various Command exercises and TTXs to provide expertise as to these efforts’ insights into the command’s assessment of foreign partnerships. Provide training briefings on foreign partnership processes and products to USCYBERCOM staff, JFHQs and DRUs, other CCMDs, and various other external audiences upon request. Support international engagement and theater security cooperation efforts, providing objective recommendations on whether the partnership is as fruitful as desired and where measures can be taken to improve the relationship’s benefit to the command. Organize and participate, as directed in engagement activities that further DoD goals and objectives with foreign partners. Collaborate with USCYBERCOM J-Directorates and outside stakeholders to develop foreign partnerships and policy recommendations. Maintain expertise and knowledge of current developments in regional and country engagements. Analyze single-source, all-source intelligence information, and other non-traditional intelligence sources (e.g., trip/conference debriefs/AARs) to produce informal, in-house assessments, reports, articles, threat analyses, special studies, etc. in support of assessing foreign partners for initiation, continuation, expansion or cessation of international cyber engagements.What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business disciplineMinimum of 5 years of experience in the identified area of expertise.Possess in-depth knowledge on subjects relating to the conduct, activities, governance, business practices, or operation of USCYBERCOMAbility to provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex problemsActive TS/SCI with polygraph or willingness to take one.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
