Job Summary:
As the Head of IPB (International Private Banking) Client Service Center of Excellence (CoE), you will lead the Client Service function across India and The Philippines, championing a digital-first approach. You will collaborate closely with global senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to ensure that the Service practice aligns seamlessly with IPB's strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management, training, coaching, and career development of service teams, fostering a culture of continuous talent upgrading across a team of approximately 80 full-time employees.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead transformation initiatives to optimize processes and digital tools. Build and maintain strong regional stakeholder relationships. Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance. Manage performance of a team supporting Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. Integrate technologies like OCR, AI, and digital payment support. Develop metrics to measure service quality and efficiency. Address risks in processes and technology gaps. Drive innovation in Manila/India centers. Collaborate with stakeholders for necessary enhancements. Cultivate a high-functioning, innovative team meeting SLAs.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Minimum of 10 years in financial services, with 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong leadership and management skills. Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives. Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. Ability to adapt to and lead in a rapidly changing environment.
