JOB TITLE: International Revenue Growth Specialist LOCATION: Santiago Working Model: Hybrid GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB: The incumbent provides sales operations and related support to the international employee and Independent Rep sales force and international channel partners. RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1- Marketing/Digital Marketing/Social-Media/Pricing: Keep current on marketing initiatives through collaboration with marketing contacts in the appropriate channels. Communicate information of new releases, policies, changes, etc. to the sales force. Collaborate with sales reps, International Sales Manager, marketing services, and outsourced international marketing agencies (as needed) in the ordering, creating, and printing of marketing collateral and materials; adapt existing Jostens marketing material as needed to meet local market needs. Support all reps with digital marketing and social media initiatives to help the reps and the division achieve revenue growth goals; collaborate with reps to learn market needs to build content, design, and launch of digital campaigns. Work with marketing, digital team, sales rep and international sales manager to maintain international web pages and ensure brand consistency and keep content relevant. Create and manage world pricing for reps and distributors. Manage pricing strategies and exceptions. Assist in the collection of market data used to drive strategic decision making. Create and develop a comprehensive International School Data base to support the growth strategy in this market segment 2- New Business/White Space Expansion Support/Project Management: Support Sales Manager & Reps to develop new business and help achieve the Division White Space Expansion goal. Support the development & consolidation of the Inside Sales Rep initiative. Project management - Work with Plants, CS & marketing on product development 3- Operations: Assist Reps with quality & shipping issues and work with Plants and Customer Service to resolve in a timely manner. Collaborate with Legal, plants and Carriers to ensure export compliance and lowest possible shipping rates. Educator’s conferences and trade shows – Manage & coordinate payments and international participation. Work with reps on stand exhibition and marketing/promotional needs for conferences.
