Job Description:
1. Financial:
1.1. Hitting of monthly forecast sales target.
1.2. Sending of sample computations, project details, and availability of project inquiry.
1.3. Providing assistance to brokers for any inquiries and concerns before and during the reservation process
1.4. Providing assistance in the closing of the sale.
2. Customer (Customer Orientation Networking and Recruitment):
2.1. Providing assistance in reservation process; assist and resolve commission concerns and inquiries.
2.2. Cascading of commission vouchers and OR compliance list.
2.3. Gathering facts and background information regarding problem accounts (recommends actions, suggest approval)
2.4. Conducting online accreditation and rehash training for sellers.
2.5. Researching and contacting possible international seller recruits
3. Business Process (Sales Process and Activities):
3.1. Conducting documentation and project presentation with seller groups at least once a month
3.2. Conducting monthly online meeting with sellers
3.3. Cascading of project inventories & reopen units daily; Sending of memo, updates and advisories.
3.4. Sending of project emailers, project poster ads, and uploading of engagement posts in seller groups
3.5 Providing assistance to roadshow and online activities.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Communication or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years experience as broker/international coordinator.
