International Sales Executive

The key purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of full occupancy across our nationwide portfolio of purpose-built accommodation. In this pivotal role you will offer a truly end-to-end sales experience: not only securing daily sales but then completing the customer's journey by converting these into confirmed, contracted bookings. As such, you will be an integral part of the department and the business.

This is a very exciting opportunity to join the company during a period of ambitious growth. This is a permanent, full-time role, to be based at our Head Office in Cheadle, Cheshire with some travel to site as and when necessary.

Key tasks for the role will be:

Sales

Manage the customer sales cycle from enquiry through to completionAssisting with sales leads to cover multiple channelsLiaise with local site teams and support them in their sales activity and performanceRemain aware of local market activity, competitors, product offering and market trendsAttendance of trade fairs as and when required

After Sales

Assisting the Services Team as and when requiredAny other ad hoc activities as and when reasonably required.
