Job Title: International Tax Consultant + Lead U.S. tax compliance for foreign operations, including preparing tax return filings (5471s, 8858s, 1118), and completing Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and FTC calculations. + Assist with modeling, provision computations, and compliance strategy related to BEPS Pillar 2. + Review quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations related to the U.S. impacts of international operations. + Provide support for foreign tax audits and U.S. IRS audits pertaining to international matters. + Maintain and carry out arms-length transfer pricing policies, compliance, and documentation through coordination with business unit controllers and external consultants. + Track and model tax positions and their potential impacts on the company's effective tax rate. + Keep current on developments in global tax that may affect our business, including monitoring and analyzing tax legislation. + Collaborate with finance and business lea Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00 • Medical, dental & vision• Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital• 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available• Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)• Short and long-term disability• Health Spending Account (HSA)• Transportation benefits• Employee Assistance Program• Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Irving,TX.
