We are seeking a motivated and diligent New Product Development Engineering Intern to join our team. The intern will play a vital role in supporting the Manufacturing Operations unit by coordinating project plans, completing engineering tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the team and with leadership. Responsibilities: + Assist in the development and execution of detailed engineering project plans aimed at improving performance and efficiencies using standard project management tools. + Arrange the translation of relevant manufacturing data into broadly-understandable terms to accurately communicate project progress with leadership. + Complete routine tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Operations unit under general supervision, following standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of results. + Understand and apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. + Will work fully on site **Qualifications** Education: + Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related fields). + Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage project engineering tools and techniques to solve problems. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. + Diligent with strong organizational skills and the ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously. + Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently under general supervision. + Proficient with standard computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
