Internet Sales/BDC Manager

This is your opportunity to lead a team of sharp & dedicated Internet Sales Consultants. Previous Dealership managers or top-sales performers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate enjoys networking and getting to know customer needs daily. You will mentor your Sales Consultants, help them grow their book of business and coach them on proven sales tactics.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointmentsRespond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templatesProvide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resourcesPresent initial financing options based on customer needsFollow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-showParticipate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

Qualifications

At least one previous role based in strong customer service experienceTeam player attitudePrompt and courteousEnthusiastic personalityMust have strong computer skillsWilling to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen’
