What will you be doing?
Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mail.Record contacts in Lead Management System.Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.Make contact with assigned leads.Represent Wesley Chapel Toyota’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional mannerBuild and maintain long-lasting customer relationshipsHave fun!
Who are we looking for?
Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive sales is a plus!)
Dealership Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Computer proficiency
Team player
Polished and professional
Outstanding Communication Skills-both Verbal and Written
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
