Minimum Qualifications: + 5 years custom web application development expertise utilizing .Net, C# .Net, Transact-SQL, Scripting Languages and Extensible Markup Language (XML). + 5 years of database development experience using Microsoft SQL Server. + 5 years of experience in configuring systems for accessibility and security compliance relevant in the government sector.  + 2 years of experience working with the underlying systems on which web applications are developed.
