This position is responsible for planning, organizing and managing all operational’s cost, for managing the inventory & logistics cost function and maintaining standard of all responsible areas.

Your Day-to-Day

Provide analysis of operational consumption to handle inventory & logistics as accurately as possible. Maintain & Analyze all inventory & logistics costs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and making recommendation of alternatives on cost savings. Establish and maintain a database for inventory & logistics stock including up-to-date pricing. Coordinate, attend and monitor all inventory & logistics physical inventories movement to ensure accuracy. Ensure proper documentation storage and issuance of all inventory & logistics items. Establish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system for inventory & logistics to the various departments. Assist management in operational costing in order to establish inventory & logistics proper process flow. Carry out audit spot-checks on the inventory & logistics stock-takes Account and monitor for any inventory & logistics transfer.

You Know-How

Diploma/Degree in Logistic management & supply chain and any related field. Responsible in doing task.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
