Internship Program​ 

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.​ 

Position Overview 

The Human Resources Intern will be support to the Americas Corporate HR team on daily HR operations. This role will be based out of our New York City office to foster on-site collaboration and will provide a range of administrative and project support.  Qualified individuals will have a passion for collaboration, a commitment to advancing DEI, a sense of curiosity, and ability to communicate with impact to all levels of the organization.

Key Accountabilities 

Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration 

General administrative support including HR forms, tracking, ordering supplies, imaging and administration   Provide support with the creation of onboarding and schedules for new hires   On-site support with obtaining signatures, printing/preparing presentation materials, etc.   Support with HR and DEI communications, including pulling distribution lists and sending timely updates, as needed  Provide coordination support for employee engagement events, including liaising with vendors, sourcing materials, project timelines, etc. 

Employee Engagement Support 

Partner with Tiffany ERG (Employee Resource Groups) to initiate engagement and involvement of the Americas Corporate team Partner with HR team to execute Pride month engagement activities, including celebrations, learning, and connecting employees with company resources.  Support team with creative project endeavors such as engagement invitations, activity preparation and proposal decks

Functional Project 

Support key HR functional projects (i.e., Coordinate plans for Q3 and Q4 engagement activities, prepare DEI/ ERG initiative deck for executive approval, continued revised improvement of onboarding)

Qualifications

Required

Strong interest in Human Resources field  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Team player with curiosity and interest to learn High level of organization with experience working on multiple projects concurrently  Technologically advanced in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing your degree or a recent graduate  

Preferred

Previous HR experience via courses, internships, or other work. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, etc. Rising Senior or recent graduate

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.​
