Eligibility

Open to college or trade school students who are in their final year Must be 18 years old or older Have a passion in customer service or hospitality Authorized to work in the US Good communication skills in written and spoken English You are not required to have a degree in hospitality

What makes this internship different?

This paid internship offers young people from non-traditional academic background, a chance to work in the hospitality industry. In addition to learning through work, interns will receive mentorship and professional development exposure to help them realize their potential.

What is the time commitment?

The program will run approximately from June 1st to August 30th.  Hospitality is an industry that operates 24/7, so working evenings, early mornings and weekends should be expected.

Is this a full time or part time program?

This is a full-time program based on the timeframe indicated. 

Is this a paid internship?

Yes, this is a paid internship.

Can I choose which department to work with?

When you apply, please indicate your interest in the available departments. We will do our best to accommodate your preference.

I don’t live in the area, can I still apply?

Yes, you’re welcome to apply. However, you will need to arrange and cover the costs for your own accommodation and transportation.

Can I stay on after the internship program?

Yes, there is a possibility for interns to stay on after the program. However, this is contingent upon open positions and will involve going through a formal interview process to assess your fit for a permanent role. 

What is the selection process?

Successful applicants will be invited to an interview.

These positions are open to candidates based in California, Texas, Washington D.C., and New York. These positions will be full-time onsite on property. The hourly range for these positions are based on minimum wage for the region. This is the pay range for these positions that the company reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
