Job Summary

You will be exposed key activities/ initiatives that drive the growth of the employee benefits (“EB“) business and retention of existing clients including but not limited managing all internal and external enquiries and to provide quality sales suppport and services to clients. During this internship, you would gain better understanding of EB business and supporting clients in all aspects.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

(a)         Perform and manage sales support to improve turnaround time and service levels

(b)         Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities

(c)          Prepare and send renewal invitation email to client and intermediaries. 

(d)         Prepare presentation slides

(e)         Source for quotation for events and do comparison on shortlisted proposals

(f)          To undertake and assist on all administrative tasks related to Employee Business

(g)         To assist in events organizing and sales campaign monitoring

(h)         To undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as and when required.

 

 

Key Requirements

Preferable candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu Must be good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint  Have a strong sense of commitment and team work Able to work independently with minimum supervision Preferably candidate who is able to be attached for at least 6 months
