Language requirement: French and/or English. Other requirements: Good knowledge of the 365 Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) is required. A first experience in IT tool development, continuous improvement project, digitalization project or business process mapping is a plus. Good capacity to understand business needs and requirements is a plus. No coding skills are expected. Start date: As soon as possible Duration: 3 to 6 months Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment. Your duties might include: Analysis & monitoring of internal processes to understand Suppliers and Incoming materials quality management. Collaborating with business and IT tech partners to simplify and improve internal quality processes for Supplier and Incoming materials Management. Liaising with IT tech partners to design and implement IT tools and digital solutions validated for a GxP environment and use. Management/review of internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents. Providing support to optimize the collection, processing and use of supplier and incoming material data. Participating in the deployment of digitalization project in collaboration with all GSK Vaccines manufacturing sites around the world. Understanding the challenges and functioning of a quality department within a pharmaceutical company, and more particularly the quality of suppliers and incoming materials used in the manufacture of vaccines. Developing project management skills, in particular in transversal digitalization projects within an international organization.
