Internship: Human Resources Assistant

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP - Join Our Energetic Team! 

 

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be part of the HR-team of ENGIE Belgium and working for the Social Relations an&d Compensation and Benefits departments (based in Brussels).
 

YOUR ROLE as a Human Resources Assistant Intern: 

 

you will manage the diary, planning and organization of meetings: Teams, booking of meeting rooms, etc. you will follow up day-to-day administrative tasks and specific requests for the above-mentioned departments you will prepare HR communications and make presentations you will manage distribution lists you will follow up various functional mailboxes you will translate FR-NL-ENG documents/communications/presentations you will manage the department's supply store you will place orders, manage the follow-up of invoices and invoices in SAP for various suppliers. You will be the contact person for various suppliers. You will be responsible for monitoring Service Level Agreements and Short Term Assignments. You will be responsible for updating the Human Resources knowledge base (My Portal)

 

YOUR PROFILE as a Human Resources Assistant Intern: 

 

you have a secretarial diploma/personal assistant diploma or have received training related to secretarial work you preferably have a very good knowledge of SAP and are familiar with MS Office programs. you are fluent in French/Dutch/English you have very good written communication skills:  you can write without errors in French and Dutch. you are motivated, flexible and discreet you have strong organizational/planning skills: you are able to manage several tasks and set priorities.

 

PRACTICAL:

 

Offices are in ENGIE Tower Brussels, Simon Bolivar Boulevard 36, 1000-Brussels Possible starting date: as soon as possible. Duration of internship: flexible, 3-6 months minimum.  No remuneration included, since this is part of your education.
