As part of this internship assignment, **_you will support our effort by developing and implementing an algorithm that converts the process schemes to a computer readable text_** , so that it can be (re)used by other machine learning algorithms. **Skills Required** + Abstract thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Very high affinity with programming (VBA preferred, or willingness to learn it as part of the internship) + Driven, organized, ability to communicate efficiently + Suggested background profile: Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. **Deliverables** + The topology conversion algorithm and demonstration to a selected group of users how it works + A (short) report that explains how the algorithm works + A final presentation to an extend group, eventually followed up by a demo. **Learning Opportunities** In this internship, you will gain practical experience in algorithm development, process representation, data conversion, and software implementation, while learning to solve real-world problems through programming and computational methods.
