Be responsible for the completion of site manufacturing-packing activities, including supporting the introduction of new products-packs, change-control activities, and effectively dealing with any issues that arise. Serve as the interface between the central manufacturing and supply-chain teams at the site teams (including production, logistics, quality and technical). To deliver the job on a day-to-day basis provide first-line technical support to manufacturing operations, as well as lead and deliver performance improvement projects. Working closely with engineering, production and quality help deliver production requirements by ensuring day to day technical issues are rapidly and effectively resolved. As required lead quality investigations associated with operations, as well as deliver technical activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) trials and planned change implementations. Ensure compliance with all site standard operation procedures as well as adhere to all GMP, Quality, Health and Safety processes in all aspects of the role. Let’s do this!
