Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Recruitment Marketing & Branding Intern.

The hourly rate for this position is $37.50 per hour.

What you’ll do:


Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing & Branding Intern to join our employer branding team. This role will support our Global Early Talent Recruitment Marketing Specialist with recruitment marketing activities including digital campaigns, employee advocacy, content creation, and more. The role will help enhance our digital presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and Instagram. This 12-week internship will be starting early summer 2025.
    

Job Responsibilities
 

Support the execution of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies for early talent audiences.Assist in creating and managing branding materials and campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Handshake.Collaborate with Campus Managers and the Early Talent Recruitment Marketing Specialist to build engaging digital campaigns strategies for the upcoming recruiting season.Develop content for marketing plans, including clear messaging, compelling content, copywriting, image creation, and presentation development.Analyze data and report on the performance of programs and media channels.Interact with employees to gather content (e.g., employee day-in-the-life info, testimonials, videos, photos) for external sharing.Research best practices for marketing campaigns and use templates to create final graphics, videos, and assets.Brainstorm new ideas for attracting top talent.Create email newsletters for internal and external audiences. Write and edit blog posts.Qualifications:

Basic Qualification
 

Currently enrolled or recently completed within the last year a bachelor's or master's degree program, with an emphasis in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field.Must have a combined GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round)Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship on a continual permanent basisNo relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing in a 50 miles radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered for this position.Experience using Canva to create digital assets
