Your role:

Support the ESG Transformation Team in planning, preparing and executing the ESG vision 2030 project with a co-creative approachSupport the organization and execution of activities such as project definition and planning, stakeholder communication and meetings, preparation and support of co-create workshop sessions, mature and iterate workshop outcomes.

Currently a student for- Business administration\ economics \Strategy \ Arts education or a related field.Experienced with (company) vision creation and transformationPreferably moderate level of ESG understanding and experience. (minimal level ok)Passionate about sustainabilityStrong moderator/workshop skills and excellent stakeholder management skills for within the organization and across various stakeholder groupsExcellent project management skills: successfully manage multiple projects/ tasks through to completionExcellent English verbal and written skillsApplication skills and experience: Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Miro, Teams, video editingNice to have: experience with co-creation sessions, AI image generation, trend research, regenerative, Rethinking growth
