Knowledge on RFID solution (Radio frequency identification), QR code solution Expected start date: March or April 2025 Duration: 6 months Work arrangements: Hybrid Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment. Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed. Do some benchmark within the pharmaceutical industry regarding use of sustainable pallet solutions (carboard pallets, recycled plastic pallets,..) Do screening of pallets types and identify short list of pallets to further investigate Perform benchmark with pallets suppliers and collect product specifications Use supplier support to generate data as appropriate to select solution fit for purpose Potentially ensure distribution test to demonstrate in real condition the feasibility of the solution. Investigate on RFID solution to identify containers on pallets with digital labels or CUID (container unique ID solution) Organize workshop to collect data for creating business case on CUID solution at primary container level, Digital label solution of containers of vials, cardboard pallet) Design the process for re-use of the container and the management of lifecycle information and identify the procedures impacted Make the link with supply chain impacted by solution (packaging sites in different countries, warehousing facilities, distribution team, cold chain partners) Propose robust lifecycle management of the information on each container according to quality requirements and internal policies Be the point of contact for RFID for cost estimation and negotiation for the solution Update technical standards like good practices document for palletization and distribution preparation What are we looking for?
