Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

This is a 6 months internship in the APAC Customer Experience and Commercial Excellence team. You will support various aspects of business reporting, analysis and insights Additionally, you will interact with various stakeholders from the Sales and Marketing  functions to manage and report the business data. 

This internship offers both full-time and part-time (3 days per week) options for a duration of 6 months

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Track business opportunities progress: You will gather and process sales data and use various tools and applications to organize this information into easy-to-understand charts and reports. 

Refresh data in our key performance reports: You will take information from our customer relationship tool (Salesforce.com) & Digital marketing data (Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, etc), process the data, and update reports that our managers use to track progress and make decisions

Track how well our teams are using the CRM system (salesforce): You will gather data and derive insights on how our employees are adopting CRM as their main tool and how they use it to update reports and presentations

Create performance summaries for each country: You will help create slides that summarize how our business is doing in different countries, with a focus on digital customer experience

Help conduct a customer survey: Every three months, you will help organize a survey to obtain feedback from our customers. This includes gathering customer information, sorting it by country, and keeping track of how many people have responded to the survey.

Engage with various stakeholders: You will be a part of our eCommerce portal design team where you will need to interview multiple stakeholders, gather the voice of customers, compile those insights and transform them into an optimal design for our eCommerce portal.

QualificationsAny related disciplines. Business or marketing is preferable. Open to undergraduates and diploma studentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  Positive attitude, even when under pressure, and keenness to learn.
