About our intern program:
Our competitive intern program offers interns exposure to the business world and a meaningful work experience. Interns are treated as valuable team members while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative, fun and dynamic environment. Baird’s summer intern program is a robust experience that includes an Intern Welcome Event, professional development, and networking with leaders and associates. Our interns have the opportunity to use a Baird Gives Back Day, a paid day to volunteer in the community. Our mentor program gives interns an opportunity to network throughout Baird and learn about all the areas of the firm.

The Baird Culture and Integration team is dedicated to the execution of the initiatives and goals that protect and maintain our award winning culture.

Internship Location, Availability and Hours:

Located in our downtown Milwaukee, WI office, the intern must be able to work onsite part-time during the school semesters, 15-20 hours per week, and full time during the summer, 37.5-40 hours per week. We are seeking a student who can start January/February 2025.

As a Culture & Integration Intern, you will:

Manage, digitize, and organize historical documents related to CultureEnsure proper cataloging and storage of documents for easy retrievalAssist in designing dashboards or mechanisms to track meaningful Culture-related dataSupport various research efforts to design and implement programming across the firmProvide administrative support, participate in and/or shadow key programs at Baird, including New Associate Experience, Baird Coffee Breaks, Culture for Leaders, Annual Meeting, and other programsPerform special projects and other duties as assigned

What we look for:

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, library science, or related degreeAnticipated graduation date of May 2026 or laterStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a team playerStrong technology skills with a knack for finding creative solutions to problemsExceptional organizational, attention to detail and time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
