JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Analytics, Web Intern will have the opportunity to work with industry professionals and obtain skills, knowledge, and best practices within the Global Marketing Analytics and Targeting (GMAT) team. This intern will participate in team sessions that include but is not limited to: receiving and translating business requirements, validating and analyzing website traffic data, business partners communications, QA implementations and create dashboards in Adobe Analytics. Intern will have the opportunity to participate in the full range of tasks the Digital Analytics team owns.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Validates data quality on Adobe Analytics tracking implementation according to the team’s documentation.
+ Validates traffic alert reports and analyzes traffic trends to uncover insights that would help drive business decisions.
+ Participates in stakeholder meetings to digest business requirements and create web reports using Adobe Analytics.
+ Creates SharePoint documentation following best practices.
+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
+ Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
+ A transcript is required upon application.
+ Preferred majors include: Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
+ Experience with Analytics and Ecommerce.
+ Working knowledge in Adobe Analytics.
+ Experience with SQL coding language.

+ This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
+ Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025.
+ Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
+ All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
