Submit your application as soon as possible – don’t delay! + Fall 2025 Program Dates: Approximately September 2025 – December 2025 JOB SUMMARY: Intern will assist with all support tasks surrounding the Workfront implementation that supports the Marketing and Sales group. This role is a great learning opportunity for anyone looking to advance in documentation management, business analysis, and exposure to support activities relative to a critical-path enterprise application. Intern will have an opportunity to experience real-time day-to-day operations in an agile environment and to see our many departments working together in harmony to provide support to the entirety of an enterprise-level Marketing & Sales department. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: + Participates in user setups and deactivations. + Performs basic utility tasks in Workfront. + Develops and delivers ancillary Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and training documentation. + Assists with updates to the BrimWorks SharePoint and Marketing & Sales learning hub. + Manages internal documents on the BrimWorks SharePoint site. + Creates basic custom forms and performs reporting updates. + Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above. + Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. + A transcript is required upon application. + Preferred majors include: Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar. PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: + Basic knowledge of computer technology, writing skills, and project management. Please note the following: + This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices. + Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025. + Universal Orlando does not provide housing.
