Submit your application as soon as possible – don’t delay! + Fall 2025 Program Dates: Approximately September 2025 – December 2025 JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Development Leadership intern will assist with the formation of a new centralized digital content library for Universal Orlando Resort leaders. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts and content owners while assisting with the creation, development, and positioning of on-demand learning resources. Using Instructional Design principles, the intern’s work will result in on-demand competence building tools for leaders that are practical, accessible, and easy to find. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: + Organizes and catalogs training videos, toolkits, and resources on a new centralized SharePoint site. + Documents standards and processes for creation, positioning, and continuous improvement of content on central site. + Creates micro-video modules from existing video content in collaboration with subject matter experts and content creators. + Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Senior or above. + Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. + A transcript is required upon application. + Preferred majors include: Instructional Design. Video Production, Digital Content/Media, Digital Communication, or similar. PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: + Experience with video content creation, production, and editing. + Knowledge of Instructional Design principles. + Working knowledge of Vimeo and SharePoint. Please note the following: + This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices. + Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025. + Universal Orlando does not provide housing.
