Submit your application as soon as possible – don’t delay! + Fall 2025 Program Dates: Approximately September 2025 – December 2025 JOB SUMMARY: Intern will learn all aspects of the Merchandise operation including retail, carnival style games, outdoor carts, candy stores, and warehouse operations. Intern will learn to understand all P&L categories, budgetary expenditures, and the three-legged stool. This role will provide opportunities to build positive working relationships while working alongside and leading team members. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: + Participates in location operations, including opening and closing procedures. + Manages locations in cleanliness, merchandising, and visual standards. + Assists with talent management, which includes having effective communication and human resources. + Follows Standard Operating Procedures and policies, and learns leadership skills focusing on fairness and consistency. + Manages location P&L including labor, non-labor, and cost of goods. + Understands the inventory process including buying, shipping, warehouse, and relieving inventory. + Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above. + Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. + A transcript is required upon application. + Preferred majors include: Business Management, Hospitality. PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: + Basic Finance knowledge. Please note the following: + This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices. + Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025. + Universal Orlando does not provide housing.
