Internship – Project Management, Digital Engagement & Ecommerce (Fall 2025)

Submit your application as soon as possible – don’t delay! + Fall 2025 Program Dates: Approximately September 2025 – December 2025 JOB SUMMARY: Intern will help manage the digital project execution needs for one of the dedicated Campaign Scrum teams. Intern will use project management software (Workfront) to open projects, create timelines, assign tasks, route jobs for internal, licensor and legal approvals as necessary before requesting and delivering final assets. Intern will gain exposure and mentorship while fostering creative project management best practices including communicating with internal teams, participating in Agile ceremonies, and understanding the creative execution and Agile processes. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: + Gains exposure to all aspects of Digital Program Management including Project Management and Scrum Master across multiple scrum teams. + Manages creative project execution, utilizing Workfront and communicating via Microsoft Teams. + Attends and participates in Agile ceremonies. + Creates project timelines, helping to identify and remove blockers and find efficiencies. + Assigns tasks and routes jobs for internal, licensor, and legal approvals as necessary before requesting and delivering final assets. + Establishes and documents department and role Standard Operating Procedures with leadership. + Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above. + Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. + A transcript is required upon application. + Preferred majors include: Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, Integrated Business, or similar. PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: + Familiarity with Project Management software (Workfront). + Exposure to Agile/Scrum strategies. + Knowledge of Mobile App and Website development. Please note the following: + This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices. + Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025. + Universal Orlando does not provide housing.
