Submit your application as soon as possible – don’t delay! + Fall 2025 Program Dates: Approximately September 2025 – December 2025 JOB SUMMARY: The System Communication Intern will learn about the training documentation lifecycle and assist with documentation updates and maintenance. The intern will have hands on experience updating and organizing training materials, supporting instructor-led training sessions, and validating that documentation has been created to cover internal work. The intern will communicate with end users for new user set up and help to ensure that the training roster is up to date. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: + Assists in managing the documentation lifecycle from creation to storage. + Validates that training and internal documentation fit with current styles and templates. + Supports instructor-led sessions by taking attendance and following up on action items. + Assists with the transition of PowerPoint content to eLearning content. + Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above. + Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. + A transcript is required upon application. + Preferred majors include: English - Technical Communication, Technical Writing. PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: + Experience with documentation workflow. + Knowledge with Articulate 360 software. Please note the following: + This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices. + Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025. + Universal Orlando does not provide housing.
