Internship – Talent Acquisition, Human Resources (Academic Year, Fall 2025 & Spring 2026)

Submit your application as soon as possible – don’t delay! + Program Dates: Approximately September 2025 – April 2026 JOB SUMMARY: As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will develop communication strategies, create internal marketing content, and assist with various recruitment processes. You'll gain exposure to recruitment for different teams, analyze recruitment data, and participate in team meetings and special projects. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to learn about other Human Resources areas through shadows and departmental partnerships. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: + Develops communication strategies to enhance our employment brand targeting students and early career professionals. + Creates internal marketing content. + Assists with the recruitment process, including strategy development, posting jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, and candidate outreach. + Gains exposure to recruitment processes for Operational, Professional, and Strategy & Experience Talent Acquisition teams. + Analyzes recruitment data to identify trends and make recommendations to leadership. + Participates in Team Meetings and assists with special projects. + Gains exposure to other areas within Human Resources via shadows, meet & greets, and departmental partnerships to learn about various divisions. + Attends Career Network workshops (i.e., resume reviews, mock interviews etc.) + Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Senior or above. + Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. + A transcript is required upon application. + Preferred majors include: Human Resource Management, Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality & Resort Management, or similar. PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: + Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). + Experience with analyzing data within Excel. + Knowledge of technical, social, and professional writing. Please note the following: + This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices. + Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2026. + Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation. + All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable.
