Submit your application as soon as possible – don’t delay! + Program Dates: Approximately September 2025 – April 2026 JOB SUMMARY: Intern will focus on the maintenance and creation of technology tools that enhance operational efficiencies across Parking & Transportation. These tools include in-field payment systems, mobile devices, power apps, and websites. Intern will collaborate with partners to develop these tools, quickly learns new technology, and communicates their findings in a clear and concise manner. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: + Drives the development and implementation of solutions to improve operations within the Parking & Technology team. + Creates and maintains databases and reporting infrastructure to store key performance metrics for Parking & Transportation areas and ensure accurate data collection. + Streamlines tools for ease of use by field management and creates high level dashboards to present metrics to Senior Leadership. + Collaborates with partners to develop and maintain technology tools that create operational efficiencies and proactively seeks feedback to determine the best use of resources. + Works with Partners to design effective data visualizations in reports and dashboards that identify trends and unlock key insights. + Produces reports on a regular basis containing primary research, ultimately utilized by leaders at all levels within Parking and Transportation. + Designs effective data visualizations in reports and dashboards that identify trends and unlock key insights. + Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above. + Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. + A transcript is required upon application. + Preferred majors include: Industrial Engineering, Digital Media, Computer Science, Marketing, or similar. PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: + Experience with Microsoft Suite, inclusive of SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Apps, and/or Power Automate. Please note the following: + This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices. + Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2026. + Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation. + All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable.
