This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

Support Laboratory Quality Management System (QMS):

Assist in monitoring and maintaining laboratory quality standards and compliance.Help document procedures and ensure proper documentation for all laboratory activities.Support in conducting internal audits and assessments for continuous improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Assist in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing laboratory data using Power BI.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track laboratory performance and quality metrics.Help identify trends and insights in data to support decision-making processes.

Process Improvement Projects:

Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process optimization.Assist in initiating and implementing quality improvement projects.Analyze current processes and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work cross-functionally with laboratory staff, quality assurance teams, and engineering teams.Assist in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Help coordinate meetings and discussions regarding improvement initiatives and quality metrics.

Engineering Support:

Assist in analyzing laboratory workflows and recommend engineering-based improvements to equipment or processes.Support the integration of automation and technology solutions to improve laboratory operations.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering).Relevant coursework in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Process Improvement, Data Analytics, and Power BI is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Power BI (creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations).Familiarity with Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, data modeling).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Enthusiastic and self-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
