This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

1) Organize and maintain project records, including plans, schedules, risk assessments, and meeting minutes.
2) Create and update work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for the relocated production line.
3) Collect and analyze data on equipment performance, downtime, and production output related to the relocation project.
4) Facilitate communication between different teams involved in the relocation project.
5) Support the supervisor in packaging development and lean process implementation in the packaging area.
6) Assist with internal and external audit preparation, including follow-up on open points from audit findings.
