KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the active and passive invoicing flows, cooperating wihtin the interfunctional teams Controlling/ Project Management/ Purchasing and Customer Service:
Preparation of the active invoices to the customer according to the tax requirements;Management of the passive invoices from the suppliers.Support PPL international taxation with regards to branches area:
Ensuring the correct VAT criteria application for all the invoices related to PPL foreign branches granting a correct VAT liquidation according to local requirements,Periodic Intrastat declarations for all PPL branches,Granting functional interface with local tax advisors.The activities must be performed in strict cooperation with all PPL Internal and external customers showing method and precision, supported by strong capabilities of team working and problem solving skills.
Requirements
