You will be part of the Accounts Payable team of 5 wonderful colleagues. The team works on processing an increased number of invoices in an increasingly complex growing company. Our Manager Accounting & Financial Control leads a team of 12 seasoned professionals who specialize in Trade and non-Trade Accounting, VAT Compliancy and Accounts Payable. The Team holds an exciting mix of nationalities. Our company is growing so successfully, and our Accounts Payable team helps us in processing our financial transactions in this international environment. AP Officer

The position
In this role you will report to the Lead Accounts Payable and you will be part of a team of 4 Accounts Payable Officers contributing towards timely, accurate, well-controlled and accurate processing of (purchase) invoices and payments. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

Three-way match invoice postingDaily assigning and posting of invoices (non three-way match process)Daily maintenance of the AP mailbox and its follow upPrepare payment proposalsVendor master data changes processingDaily bank statement processing / postingsMaintenance AP subledger

About you:

You are currently pursuing a MBO degree in Finance;Good understanding of the English language (written and spoken);You have or want to develop knowledge of MS Office and/ SAP;Personally you demonstrate integrity and an analytical & structured way of working;You are eager to learn, take your work seriously and have strong communications skills;You like to be part of an international and dynamic team and environment’;Available for 28-32 hours per week for at least a period of 8 months – preferably longer.
