Baxter is on a journey to separate our ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. Vantive* will build on our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to the people we serve. Support for Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Academy as detailed below:Support PD academy expansion program to Taiwan, India in Q1 2025.Support transition of PD Academy for SG, VN, MY and PH into Vantive LearningServices including website optimization and branding in alignment with global strategy in VantiveMonitor impact of PD academy by using pre-set key performance indicatorsMonitor and consolidate health care professionals’ registration and completion for online courses.Develop new resources for PD Academy

"Confidence in Prescribing PD" campaign

Support the rollout of Confidence in Prescribing PD" campaign in APACSupport workshop planning and development of training materialsPD Ambassador programmeSupport the event planning and assets development for the 2-day workshop in May 2025

What you can take away from the internship: 

Learn project management skills and stakeholder management (internal and external) in the healthcare industryGain insight into End Stage Kidney Failure Disease and its burden the healthcare system in Asia PacificGain experience in website optimization and branding in VantiveParticipate in the development and execution of Medical/Marketing Campaigns

Requirements:

Able to commit for at least 6 months period - ideally starting in Dec 2024Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Health Sciences or equivalentGood attitude with a keen interest in the healthcare field
