Under general supervision provides essential support for departmental functions that include a wide range of activities and initiatives.

Perform operational and administrative functions as it relates to academic major. Work on special projects as assigned by functional leader. Assist in implementing functional strategies and contribute to the team's success in reaching goals and objectives. Support the departmental deliverables and be proactive in planning and supporting tasks.

Job Specific Responsibilities:

Understand startup losses and top causes for late startups.   Focus on building a process and program to help ensure that we know what works steps have to happen by what time each day to ensure on-time startups.   This will require numerous hours of observation, learning our startup processes, understanding what information is available and how to better drive this process.
