Internship Customer Experience (m/f/d)

**The position**
We are looking for dedicated and motivated pupil, who wants to gain experience in the summer.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
**Customer Insight** :
+ Collect and compile integrated customer plan KPI data for several countries within the CRM franchise
+ Analyze the collected data to identify trends, patterns, and outliers
+ Benchmark each country against the average performance for each KPI group
+ Create spiderweb charts (radar charts) to visualize KPI performance
+ Compile the analysis and visualizations into a comprehensive report and prepare a presentation
**Customer Segmentation and Resource Allocation** :
+ Collect and compile integrated customer plan and other supportive documents to gain insights into the customer segmentation and resource allocation strategies for several countries within the CRM franchise
+ Review the business priorities and objectives outlined in the ICP
+ Organize the collected data in a structured format for analysis
+ Analyze the data to identify patterns and trends in customer segmentation and resource allocation (per indication)
+ Assess the progress made in aligning the strategies between 2024 and the ICP 2025
+ Identify any gaps or areas of improvement in resource allocation for different customer segments
+ Prepare a comprehensive report highlighting the progress made, challenges faced, and recommendations for optimizing customer segmentation and resource allocation
**Requirements**
+ Currently enrolled in the first or second year of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, Austrian schooling system (e.g., Gymnasium or Höhere Schule), or equivalent European educational programs
+ Strong interest in data analysis and visualization
+ Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Excel)
+ Good analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Communication and teamwork abilities
+ Good level of English

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 33.777,94 (full time), although the actual salary is based on your technical skills and personal competencies as well as your professional experience.
