Internship - Customer Success Services Sales Intern (12 months, start date 23rd June 2025)
What You’ll Do

Be an active member within the Sales team and assist Account Managers with sales campaigns and sales process functions to prospective and existing customers Contribute to lead-generation activities that align target customers to existing Sales Initiatives Shadow Account Managers at customer-meetings to develop skills and attributes in presentation and communication techniques Become familiar with the internal Sales process within the Business, so to assist with seeking deal approval and contract generation Build presentations and deal summaries that convey Oracle’s value proposition to the customer and the differentiators of CSS Participate in the reporting of sales and opportunity pipeline and become fluent in the stages that deals move through prior to closure Assist with organising Sales meetings, contributing ideas for agenda items and building presentations Identify opportunities for innovation or internal process improvement, which can be proposed to our UKI CSS management team and their direct reports for ongoing sponsorship  Participate in a wide range of opportunities including volunteering, training programs, wellbeing initiatives and much more.
