Internship Program

During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world ofluxury jewelrythrough on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates:The internship will run from June 2, 2025to August 8, 2025.Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.

Location:This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Salary:Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.

The Diamond & Gemstone Supply Planning Intern will evaluate the supply of stones and review it against forecasted demand. The individual will learn about inventory and identify opportunities to improve supply planning. The intern will also support review of data to understand changes in demand and impacts to supply.

Key Accountabilities

Reporting & Analysis

Review 12 month rolling demand and analyze changes and impact to inventory. Collaborate with other industrial planning partners to identify impacts by collection and confirm consistency in findings. Measure inventory using MOS metric and analyze against prior months to identify trends. Develop dashboards in Power BI to provide more insight into loose inventory across diamonds and gemstones identify both constraints and excess inventory growth. Create Power BI reporting for the internal supply pipeline.

Process Excellence & Improvement

Participate in cross functional team meetings with our PD and IP partners. Provide recaps to the team and identify areas where we need to focus on changes to demand and supply of stones. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies for planning. Support the Planning team in preparation, coordination and execution of ad-hoc projects.

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in Business or Supply Chain field curriculum program Proficient in English Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work in detail with accuracy Ability to work as part of a team or independently Interest in data analytics and/or process improvement Strong MS Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or masters degree in related field Power BI Experience working with large datasets; including data discovery, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presenting actionable insights
