DIGITAL DATA SCIENCE: The Digital Data Science team at adidas focuses on pricing optimization by leveraging advanced Machine Learning models to support buying, planning, and trading decisions. They provide daily price recommendations during key commercial events like Black Friday and seasonal sales, with solutions live in Europe and North America. Operating in an Agile setup, they collaborate with data engineers, ML operations engineers, solution architects, and business teams to enhance pricing strategies and model performance

DIGITAL ANALYTICS: Digital Analytics Team at adidas is responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytics services to internal stakeholders, enabling them to make fact-based decisions. We manage the generation of insights that help adidas understand consumer behavior and performance related analytics to ultimately help drive sales.

DIGITAL PARTNER ANALYTICS:  The Digital Partner team Collaborates with the various Partner and Wholesale teams to capture reporting requirements and support Analytics team to implement these. Support the Analytics team enhancing the backend structure of our performance dashboards. Pro-actively seek for new reporting opportunities to provide our teams additional performance insights.

Analytics: Support the delivery of analytics services by assisting in areas like data collection, mining, and analysis to generate fact-based insights. Project Contribution: Contribute to assigned projects, participating in tasks related to analytics implementation and database integration Reporting and Best Practices: Support the implementation of reporting structures for effective insights communication. Data Analysis and Visualization: Apply techniques for data analysis, design, and modeling to establish or modify data structures. Utilize various visualization techniques to create effective data visuals. Operationalization and Automation: Operationalize and automate activities for efficient production of data visuals. Contribute to exploration and experimentation in data visualization trends and technologies.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH?

Student of Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Sciences or equivalent Excellent problem solving and analytical skills in combination with a strategic way of thinking First experiences in project management beneficial Strong written and verbal communication skills Hands-on working style to get things done, ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines Agile, open-minded team player with a passion for sports and lifestyle Eagerness to continuously improve oneself and to further develop own skills Fluent in English Affinity to digital tools Strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Proficiency in SQL and/or Python and PowerBI

ELIGIBILITY 

Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship  Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate) Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2025 – March 2026 Local to Amsterdam/Ability to relocate to Amsterdam for the full duration of the internship
