**THE INTERNSHIP** You will have the chance to enter in contact with the pharmaceutical industry in a very dynamic and challenging environment: with this internship you will join the Digital Science and Technology team within the production site of BIDACHEM in Fornovo San Giovanni (BG). You will have the opportunity to engage with Process Data & Digital Science, gaining knowledge about Data Management, Data Integrity and Data Analytics, as well as with the implementation of related digitalization projects learning about Project Management on the job. – definitely something new to learn every day! **Tasks & what you will be learning:** + Take part in the implementation of Digitalization & Automation projects, learning about Project Management on the job. + Support the periodic review and drafting of documents related to Data Integrity in Production processes, from setup of equipment in the chemical plant, to the process validation, execution and monitoring. + Provide support for the Digital Science and Technology management in the development and roll out of new training concept for employees in Data Analytics and Data Integrity areas. + Collaborate closely with the IT, Engineering, Quality and Production functions, providing support to professionals in these areas and learning from them daily. + Overview how the production of an active ingredient is managed at a manufacturing site, in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the safety requirements of the “Seveso” legislation. **Requirements:** + Bachelor or master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer or Equivalent. + Knowledge of the Office 365 package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). + Passion for data science, digitalization and automation. + At least B2 Level of English language and native level of Italian. + Good collaboration and team work skills. + Attitude of active experimentation to find solutions for challenges and changes. **What we offer:** + A 6-months curricular/extracurricular internship with possibility of extension. + A monthly expenses reimbursement of €1.000 with free access to the company canteen. + A range of benefits for you physical and mental health (access to gyms, psychologist, volunteering and more). + A support to develop your own professional and personal path that will guide you through our full range of development programs including platforms to learn foreign languages and attend professional courses. + Constant support and interaction with our specialists and managers.
