Description

Welcome to an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the digital heart of our new center! As an intern in our Digital team, you will lead the charge in documenting the comprehensive digital system landscape of this cutting-edge facility.

Project Overview:

Your primary task will be to unravel the intricacies of over many digital systems implemented within the site. This includes identifying all systems, interfaces, and data exchanges, as well as mapping out the major use cases for each system. You will have the chance to engage with various stakeholders to understand the ownership and contacts associated with these systems and gain a holistic view of the roles and responsibilities intertwined with the digital infrastructure.

What You'll Accomplish:

Create a comprehensive inventory of digital systems, interfaces, and data exchanges within the siteDocument the major use cases for each system, shedding light on their functionalities and interactionsEngage with stakeholders to map out ownership and contacts related to the digital systemsUnravel the complexities of roles and responsibilities associated with the digital infrastructure

Your role:
As an intern in our Digital team, you will have the unique opportunity to document the digital system landscape of our center. With over 130 systems implemented in the building, the task at hand is to comprehensively identify all systems, interfaces, and data exchanges. You will also delve into the major use cases for each system, map out ownership and contacts, and unravel the complexities of roles and responsibilities associated with these digital systems.

Your profile:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsInterest in digital systems, data management, and biotech industryExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesProactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Proficient in English, French is a plus
